1. Lovely working with children! Today I asked my class at Henley Green in Coventry (remember that school?) to compose a Tudor fanfare for an important person. About five minutes after setting the challenge, one ten year old boy confided to me, “I was going to write mine for Theresa May, but she’s not really very important, is she?”
